We at VIBE are delighted to reaffirm and celebrate our ongoing collaboration with First Bus London, following their recent successful transition from RATP Dev Transit London to their new identity under First Bus. (First Bus UK News)
As part of this renewed partnership, we’ve been privileged to support their top 29 senior leaders through a robust 360° assessment process, gathering feedback from multiple stakeholder groups, including line managers, peers, direct reports, and external stakeholders. What’s more, we’ve equipped that feedback with coaching insights designed to help each leader understand and build on their strengths, as well as a development plan.
