A Strategic Partnership with Mantrac to Drive Evidence-Based Cultural Change Across 13-Countries

Here at Vibe, we are proud to announce a major new partnership with Mantrac Group. The Cairo-based heavy-equipment powerhouse and authorised dealer for Caterpillar with a global footprint spanning more than a dozen countries.

Mantrac has long been a cornerstone of heavy-industry infrastructure in Egypt, Africa, the Middle East and beyond. Founded in 1977 as part of the Mansour Group, Mantrac became the exclusive distributor of Caterpillar machinery in Egypt, and since then has expanded its network across Africa, the Middle East and other markets, now serving customers in all major sectors requiring construction, power generation, material handling and heavy-duty equipment.

For Vibe, this collaboration represents an opportunity to bring our evidence-based research methodology to a large, complex, global organisation. A company whose employees operate across diverse geographies, cultures, departments, and operational contexts. Our mandate with Mantrac is to conduct a deep, evidence-driven audit and analysis of employee strengths, development areas, job satisfaction, demographic differences, and cross-departmental performance. The goal: to shine a light on both the “what is working” and the “what needs improving,” thereby creating lead-led accountability and accelerating cultural transformation as Mantrac continues to grow and serve demanding, large-scale infrastructure clients worldwide.

We believe that transforming a company’s culture, especially one as expansive and technically complex as Mantrac, requires more than top-down edicts or generic HR programmes. It needs data: real insight into how teams function, where bottlenecks or morale issues exist, how different demographics and locations compare, and critically, where leadership decisions can have a tangible impact.

What our Vibe Employee Engagement Survey Insights Deliver

  • Granular, dimension-specific insights: By breaking down data by geography, demographic group, department, and role, Vibes research with Mantrac helps identify both systemic and localised strengths or weaknesses.

  • Accountability and leadership buy-in: Because our findings are evidence-based, leadership at Mantrac can act  or be held accountable  based on real, measurable data via coaching and consulting workshops

  • Informed cultural change: Instead of blanket policies, Mantrac will be able to tailor interventions and development programmes to specific groups or operational units that need them most.

  • Benchmarking over time: As Mantrac continues to operate across multiple countries, our research will enable longitudinal tracking to see how changes affect employee experience, performance, retention, and interdepartmental cohesion.

A Forward-Looking Vision

Mantrac’s decision to partner with Vibe speaks volumes. It signals a commitment not only to operational excellence, but to human capital, to transparency and to sustainable growth.

For Vibe, this is more than a contract. It’s a proving ground for our belief that data-driven insight and accountability can drive meaningful cultural transformation even in large, multi-national organisations operating in highly technical and historically hierarchical sectors.

We look forward to sharing updates as our work with Mantrac unfolds, and to shining a light on the journey of evidence-based change that many global organisations will soon recognise as essential.
