The first stage in the recruitment process is planning. We do this is by setting up a 2-minute quiz that is marketed online to your target audience. At the end of the quiz, the potential new candidate is provided with a score, feedback about your brand and then linked through to your careers page.  This provides you with your first wave of analytics on the most suitable candidates.

Screening

Screening of applications can be regarded as an integral part of the recruiting process, though many view it as the first step in the selection process. The selection process will begin after the applications have been scrutinised to determine the fit for your organisation.

How this works is by the candidate taking a 10-minute survey, if they get through to the final interview round, the businesses interviewer takes the survey after the interview and both scores are then presented in a radar diagram as seen on the image opposite. Both of these scores across the nine elements can be contrasted to a prepopulated, internally set benchmark score.
