What we are looking for…

As the first point of contact for new client relationships, our Business Development Manager should be energetic, enigmatic, engaging and able to demonstrate excitement and a can-do attitude to work (and life!). Being a strong presenter and negotiator is essential. A proven track record in acquiring new business in the HR, technology or consultancy market is preferred, however not essential.  A self-starter and solutions seeker who strives for quality and seeks out new ways of doing things.

The Role:

Commercially and financially focused, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business, concentrating on the development of long-lasting relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.

This is a sales-driven role in an exciting, emerging HR/CX/fintech market.

Basic salary circa £30k plus travel allowance and benefits. On target earning £120k +
