What we are looking for…

We require an experienced business psychologist with a proven track record of working in a commercially-focused business function to audit, consult and apply psychological insight to our brand strategy. You will be able to form deep relationships quickly, drawing on your emotional intelligence and extensive experience in this field. As a key player within our business, you will not only be customer centric and client facing but an important part of the internal communications, training and developing the team on the psychology behind Vibe. 

The Role:

Overseeing our Vibe insights, reports, metrics and measurements, you will be responsible for applying psychological insight into the customer experience strategy, creating motivational and influencing solutions that help our clients get the most out of the relationships within their business. Working with our L&D team, you will be a key stakeholder in designing and delivering Leadership Enhancement Programmes, creating bespoke programmes for clients providing valuable insights for leadership skills and development. You will also work closely with our PR and Marketing teams to help find exciting ways to get our brand out to the world.  

Salary circa £45k plus benefits
