In late 2019 Laws of Attraction were appointed by ZeniMax Media to deliver a 15-month leadership programme. However, due to the pandemic that hit the world in the early part of 2020, our People Director, Stephanie Corking, worked with the leaders and HRD of ZeniMax Media to adapt the original programme into a bespoke masterclass focusing on Leading Change to ensure the program was kept alive.
Stephanie and the team at Laws of Attraction are delighted to have worked with the Zenimax leadership team to help them develop their leadership behaviours, communication styles and change management skills to lead an exciting transition to join one of the largest organisations in the world, following the recent announcement that Microsoft has recently acquired Zenimax, which has meant the 'leading and managing change' programme is an ever more critical focus for the global MDs and senior leadership team.
