Last week, we ran a series of masterclasses with fashion retailers Whistles, Phase 8 and Hobbs.
The masterclasses looked at the emotional drivers of change and how these have affected the culture across the organisations. Led by our People Director, Stephanie Corking, we explored the practicalities of leading change and the essential components of effective leadership from inspiring others through to embedding change and new practices.
Leaders and Managers have many different responsibilities, and they are constantly dealing with different situations, but one thing is certain: every leader will encounter a crisis at some point in their career and they need to be equipped with the skills necessary to handle it. No matter the situation, crises are a part of life and it is important that leaders have the leadership skills to properly deal with the situations.

LAWS OF ATTRACTION ONLINE MASTERCLASSES
The online sessions were done via the zoom app, which has some fantastic features that allow you to engage and motivate the participants. We used the whiteboard facility to get everyone to brainstorm ideas and then used the breakout rooms to allow for smaller conversations throughout the three-hour session.
