After 20 or so months of virtual meetings, we are delighted to be joining more than 120 HR professionals in London this November in person.
Our Chief Client Officer, Paul Bosher and CEO Simon Keven will be attending one of the sectors most well respected and attended events ‘Richmond Human Resources Forum’ where vendors and clients alike can share their knowledge and experiences with one another to help overcome challenges and identify opportunities by finding new partners and ways of working.
The HR world has been through an unprecedented time
With HR functions around the world going through an unprecedented time over the last two years it goes without saying that there has been a significant shift in people priorities across all industries as organisations face a number of different challenges. From keeping employees engaged and motivated, to onboarding and attracting new talent remotely to ensuring their leadership teams are equipped with the right skills to navigate the business through and out of the uncertain times we’ve faced.
A social change driving organisations people priorities
In addition to the challenges faced in the last two years, we’ve also seen social movements having more and more impact on companies’ recruitment and internal cultural and commercial practices, a great example of this is the shift and focus put on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. No longer is it being treated (as it has in the past) as a tick in the box exercise. From our own experience, we are working with organisations that are seeing a culture shift and movement from employees and future employees basing decisions on whether a company is ‘right’ for them based on the organisation's DE&I strategies and policies as well as other factors such as their environmental and sustainability credentials from both a commercial and employee value proposition perspective.
It goes without saying, we’re looking forward to meeting HR leaders to discuss all of these topics and more to see how we can help them improve relationships throughout the organisations they represent.
See you on the 17th November – we promise we won’t be on mute!
