GROWTH INVESTOR AWARDS 2023

TV personality Claudia Winkleman hosted 550 movers and shakers from the UK’s vibrant SME investment community during the ninth annual Growth Investor Awards.

The evening opened with powerful words from Founder Guy Tolhurst on the power of collective enthusiasm followed by our keynote speech delivered by the Minister for Enterprise, Markets and Small Business, Kevin Hollinrake MP.

Multi-exit entrepreneur Debbie Woskow OBE opened the show with a rousing reminder on the grace and grit required to achieve success.

The winners, runners-up and ones to watch were celebrated after a rigorous, two-stage judging process had whittled down the entries into 112 finalists and just 23 prestigious awards.

Simon Kevan presented Mercia Asset Management with their prize.

Celebrating the role of the UK SME investment community in job and wealth creation, the Growth Investor Awards honour all those involved in putting investment to work in high potential businesses – from those providing or helping to source investment to those best optimising growth capital to scale.

Recognising impact beyond investment, these Awards highlight the value delivered to investors, businesses and Britain’s economy by Fund Managers, Wealth Managers, Financial Advisers, Private Equity & Venture Capital Companies, Corporate Investors, Angel Syndicates, Investment Platforms, and Entrepreneurs.
